it doesnt have to be ipod... i do this myself. this is kind of a common sense marketing approach. It WORKS. Though you shouldnt have shared it. Thanks for killin an egg in my income basket.

i accidentally stumbled upon something with CL last night, and keeping ads up...
i use outlook for autoresponse, and i forgot to leave it up after some new posts. Well ,this made it so that i collected a ton of responses to the ad. all people not knowing if they should flag or not. so i ended up being able to send out something like 125 messages from one ad.

I've used this method frequently with great success with varying themes. However, i've found the amount work to profits ratio varies at times. I have found success with appending a clever trick to my outgoing emails. If you'd like to know how I do this then i'll gladly sell anyone here my tip. How's about a 5 bucks via paypal sound? Why the hell are you taking a free shared method thread, and then trying to sell your own shit method for $5 dollars. You say u have great success but you are trying to charge 5 bucks when each of these submits on CL is worth like $2.50
If everyone in this community acted like you, this place would be one Giant Shithole.

I am trying this right now with CL (different offer) and so far its working pretty damn good. I started with one posting, in one city, and I got about 15 emails in like 10 minutes. Sent to an email submit per the OP, we'll see the results at the end of the day.

Protip: Create 3-4 different versions of the response email - so gmail doesn't get suspicious/block you for spamming. Create a Gmail canned-response for these (available under the 'Labs' option - turn it on). As email comes in you can go through the responses.
Saves your ctrl-c and v fingers. Just select the proper response from the dropdown. You can take it one step further by having the canned message auto-respond.. but that may land you in the spam boat as I don't think you can filter through that way.

Lesson learned, not a fun experience...put my own spin on it and created two ads in two different cities..got a bunch of emails fairly quickly...so sent out the email and had a couple nasty responses and no sign ups..not too worried about it, didn't cost me anything other than time...also had one of the nasty responders email me again saying that he reported me to my affiliate saying i was breaking the TOS...

Try to mix it up and direct some of your traffic to your parked page or an MFA. Your parked page CTR will be over 50% but I never had any problems due to my high CTR.
