Did a tester on this... ad was up for 6 hours before getting flagged.

130 emails
29 clicks so far
6 leads

Not bad, but could do better with some more tweaking.

One guy called me an email farmer though. :(

He even went the extra mile to post my email response (link included!) back on CL in the same section. If that post stays up longer, maybe I'll just skip the whole process and go straight to posting scam warnings and see how many curiosity clicks I get. :rolleyes:

didnt I post this exact same method a while ago? Maybe Im mistaken. But either way it works, the only thing is there are other ways to make a lot more money than email submits on CL.
 
A trick to avoid getting flagged down so fast is to either wait to start sending out those emails until your ad does inevitably get flagged, or wait until you have like 200 responses before sending them out.
 
Does posting on CL with an ip address targeted in malta and a post being posted in the US section make a difference in ghosting ? Or should I use a us proxy when I post in the US section ?

I posted my twist on this. I think it is a good twist at 10:06. Took 10 minutes for first response then total of 41 in first hour. Tomorrow morning I will send all the replies and let them know they aren't the winner. I just made a new account and posted it in another city. I guess need to reset ip and post in another city as well.
 
if u guys harvest a ton of emails ill buy them bulk if they are all targeted for a free or cheap apple product... just pm me with how many you got and well go from there

Take a few pictures of it, Booseys idea for the tv would work to for me, because i just got a new 50 inch panasonic plasma, and i have a few offers i can play with, with my cpa companys. You can usually find pictures of packaged items by searching google images. They do help conversions a lot.
 
OK, it sounds pretty good, but I dont get one thing.. the link. What link do you put there that you get money for sign ups??
Is it some affiliate site or something?

I actually put a link in email and asked them to check a blog that had my aff links in there. I used a testimonial type of blog for social proof and added few fake comments. People always follow the crowd.

I received about 90 emails and replied to them all with a link to a simple page i made that says " Thanks for filling out the survey,now click here to claim your free ipod". So far im showing 40 clicks in my stats (Maxbounty)with no sales. i worked 2-3 hrs to do this and haven't made a dime.:o :(

Im willing to keep trying this if someone could point me to a better CPA that converts.Please PM me.

I would stay out of "free ipods" all together. Whenever I hear that I think SCAM. There are plenty of other offers this can work with for example:
These are from incentaclick:
1. Win a Nintendo Wii [Email Submit] - Make an ad for a low priced Wii and say you sold it already
2. Blackberry Bold [Email Submit]
3. Blackberry Storm [Email Submit]
... etc.

I'm sure that I've seen a post very simliar to this one...
Anyway this method is good, I mean was good. It's saturated I would go for different stuff ;)
