Hi,
Its not something I invented and I no longer use this method so am giving it away. Although you can tweak and use it in various ways possible and test the possibilities. Am going to cut the rest of crap and put it in simple steps. and yeah its black hat!

The Niche: Job Openings

The Method :

1. Grab a good domain name and put a Wordpress site to showcase yourself as a reputed job consulting firm. (for best results portray as overseas job provider- more traffic & conversions -higher $$$ potential)
Time Required: max 5 hrs

2. Create accounts on CJ or any affiliate network that pays per lead (in this case prospective candidate signing up & updating of a resume/CV converts as a lead ). ypu can choose individual; famous job portals as well. Just check if they offer affiliate programs. In your company partner's page add all the logos/Banners from the job portals and link them via ur Aff Url.
Time Required: Max 24 hrs.

3. Give time on making your site resourceful. Add some good resume examples. Throw some fake testimonies and how the resources helped them in gaining a job. (you'll get plenty examples of good resumes format etc)
Time Required: Max 24 hrs.

4. Prepare your promotion process. (Time Required: Totally Depends on you)
a. Create 2-3 social accounts and add good bio to make it look genuine. LinkedIn should be the 1st you start with.
b. Start joining groups of desperation where people will do anything to get a job.
c. Create a form on our website as well for capturing leads to email them with exciting offers from job portals!
c. Start posting exciting Fake job offers overseas.
d. Spend a minute or two everyday on commenting as well and to make it look more genuine account.

Additional ways to make money: Use Adsense ads before redirecting them to your website. (Totally on your risk)

The Key is to keep it more genuine thats all. Remember the leads are good and convert well upto $0.5-$2/lead basis. And its high competitive yet high converting niche.
Try it and share you excitement to me sometime. I would love to see someone trying this method and making good income

I think you can apply this strategy with indeed affiliate program. That's a plus.Save's you much time and don't need to hold the neg impressions for posting "exciting Fake job offers overseas" OR "joining groups of desperation".

Nice little share, the plus of this method is that you have a list who can grow over time, so you can make money even if you don't make any promotion after some time.
How much have you made with this method op?

Actually you are re-stating the thing i refered to :)

When I said "exciting Fake job offers overseas" - its means providing an offer with details to attract clicks to the landing page on our website where he can click the link and sign up.

And when I referred to "joining groups of desperation" trust me its hot leads on silver pallet where you can find tons of people looking for job vacancies!
