[Method] Getting OUT of a Shadowban

How I got into the shadowban
1) I was inactive for 1-3 months
2) I unfollowed 8,000 ghostfollowers

How I knew I was shadowbanned
After taking a 1-3 month brake My post did well with 4,000 likes and 100 comments, I was not in any hashtag and was not in the explore page . Only my followers saw my post. I did not get any new followers for FUKEN WEEKS

How I got myself out of it .
1) I went live on instagram for 1 hour
2) I liked the posts of my most active followers
3) I gave new followers likes ( i got them from my competitors)
4) I PAYED INSTAGRAM 5$ to promote the post for 24 hours .

I finally saw my post up on the hashtags yesterday and today my newest post did better than yesterdays .

I do NOT recommend taking a brake for 2 weeks( I took a brake for 14 days and was still banned) .

Keep on fuken posting , take it easy , dont spam , engage with your fans and pay facebook 5$

It will pick up SLOWLY

All it takes is $5.

shadowban is a way of ig to make money out of you. Not to block spammers.

For example, i was running soft babes account. Most of the post were not advertising friendly. Once i moved from those and start posting some lightwaight (in terms of babes lightweight) i got shadowbanned.

I am embarrassed to say but I got kind of depressed and was angry for 1 month .
I do not use instagram for fun, but I used it to make a living

shadowbanned you so you would pay $5 is a better way of saying, "buy the account back".

Now this is real time experience to get out of shadowbanned - most of people they were complaining about it how to get out of it - people should try new ways & share their experience - I'm new to Instagram & this will be really helpful to me
