Definitely a great one, but people instead of marking the video Creative Commons, they post a link to another website. It's a bit hard to find such videos as in the article.
 
Many other articles on that site are worth a look, nice share.

Yes, not giving attribution would be a violation of youtube's ToS. creative commons != public domain.
