Karma,

I tried this and checked with the plagiarism checker and it works.

I don?t understand why you want to ignore many of the words in the White List/Dictionary. What is your reasoning for this? Would it not give a better uniqueness with more words in the White List/Dictionary?

Nice that it's free! :) Is it accurate?
It is free although am not aware of how accurate it is. If the OP has used it as a reference to test the uniqueness of his articles,I'm guessing it's accurate enough. Just to be sure run it through some other fancy software you might have.

What this script does is replace all the characters in your text to Unicode characters which would look the same to humans, but when machine reads it, it's all garbage characters that doesn't have any meaning.

Take a look at this example text
Original Text => "This is awesome"
Spun Text => "Тhіs іs аwеsоmе"

Now check both versions in google to see how the machine reads/interprets this

Original Text Search => https://www.google.com/?#q="This+is+awesome"

Spun Text Search => https://www.google.com/?#q="Тhіs+іs+аwеsоmе"

But people are going to type their search strings in plain text into search engines, not in code. I can't see how searchers will ever find your content in the SERPS. Can somebody educate me on this point?

Great Idea :D
till now Google is not detecting something like that, but I think in a few months they will do ^^

I'm just wondering what if people copy a spinned content and spin it again for uniqueness. Where are we heading?

Is there any way we can find Unicode in our article. Because i am buying article from fiver I need to know it is Unicode free is there any way to test
Use notepad ++ -> Encoding -> Now switch between Encode in UTF-8 and Encode in ANSI

But if you set your OpenOffice/Word to english language and use spellchecker, you will see lots of underlined words that shouldnt be underlined. Which you should do with every article you get to avoid getting scammed.
Or use notepad++ and play with the encoding function :)

EDIT:I've just said that earlier - Someone delete this one
