I haven't seen this shared here so ill go ahead and share it.
With this method you can get tons of targeted likes to your fanpages if done proper, its tested and working still. I don't like to write fancy posts so lets get straight to the point
Requirements :
1. 2 Facebook accounts (Preferable PVA)
2. Fanpage you want to pump with likes
3. Some posts already on that fanpage
4. $$ if you want to go paid way instead of investing your time in it
Ok now onto the method.
1 account where your fanpage will be should be prepared before and have some posts shared already (Don't make page and just trow tons of posts on same day, spread it over few days so it looks like it have history, you can add some paid likes or likes from AMF to make it look better, but its not a must)
2nd account we will be using for posting.
Go to facebook and find all big pages in your niche (ill be using vine niche as example here and some fictional names for pages)
now that you have found some big pages note the urls and open first one
Main Part :
Step 1 . Make new page on your second account with exact name as the 1st big page you found(Url will not be same ofc but name must be exact)
Step 2 . Take profile pic and cover from big page and set it on the page you just created.
Step 3 . Switch to using your facebook as your page and head over to big page and make a comment
Comment should be something like this
(We are moving to a new page "anchored link of the page you are trying to get links for" Please follow us there)
Step 4 . Trow likes on the comment you made to make it top comment and enjoy the targeted likes
Why i said Free and $$ version is this can be done without investing a single c in it but it will take way more time, and you can also pay for things like accounts, likes for your comment etc...
