Very easy, this one:

1. Choose a very popular and strong Twitter profile that is linked from a TrustRanked site in your niche
2. Find older tweets on this account (so that there won't be thousands of links replacing yours) even better is the account doesn't tweet too often
3. Add to favorites, this will create a d0foIIow link to your twitter account

Once your twitter account gets link-juiced, you can spread the juice to all your pages, if it's not already done.

So you literally just find older (how old???) random, potentially relevant tweets from high trustrank twitter accounts and add that tweet to your favorites? That seriously adds a dof0llow link to my twitter profile? How? How about a retweet? Does that work too?

Tried to follow the steps, didn't see anything but no-follow in the Favs.

Seems like it works also with retweets. The only part that's difficult is to avoid having your link removed because it displays the last few profiles with a <a href link to the twitter profile.
So try to find tweets that not so old and not so new ;) Or just keep retweeting from these sources, it will be indexed and then you can do some nice SEO on your Twitter profile page...

<a class="js-profile-popup-actionable js-user-tipsy" href="/Userprofile" data-user-id="IDIDIDID" original-title="Userprofile" title="Userprofile">
<img class="avatar size24 js-user-profile-link js-tooltip" src="profileimage" alt="Userprofile" data-original-title="Userprofile">
</a>

This is the kind of links I see when using firebug, I don't see any nofollow... Strange...

The user profile's pass link juice. Any outbound links are no-follow.

If this is what you meant, I apologize as I misunderstood.

hey buddy very nice sharing. It is really very good and helpful to get do follow links from twitter.

Well, the links from Twitter are always nofollow, but you can still rank the twitter page on your keywords, plus I guess twitter links might have some beneficial impact as well.

I'm not sure what kind of impact social signals (how many, how often, for how long it would take) play on SERP's, but it's very effective to speed up the indexing rate at the very least so I use them frequently.

I'll see if I can squeeze some juice.

Wow... never thought about this though I've been using Twitter heavily over the past 3-4 months for quick indexing and social signals. Thanks a lot for the share! :-)

I tried this, but not really seeing any improvement in my twitter accounts ranking. I thought that I picked some accounts with trustrank, maybe I didn't? Any tips for finding twitter accounts with trust rank?

Really choosing a very strong profile which is related to the SEO is very helpful to get crawled your links quickly. I am doing this thing for my campaign.
