There is no "New File" only "New Folder" so I can't create index.html

Select Git Root instead of Root
The New File will be there

They are not removed, you must login and "start" your web again. But i do not know how to index my links( tried ping services but still not index)

I am no expert. But my first link has been over 2 weeks and no index. My second link which publish 3 days ago now indexed (The only difference is I did manual profiles backlink “many” to it, 2nd link)
Maybe it pure coincidence? I do not know. I will try to do the same on the first link and if it yield the result then it should be it. Right now I’m too tired and a little slack.

They don't remove links or sites for no reasons afaik. What's your niche? Have you built tier2 links to it before?
Ping services won't get you anywhere for a subdomain link. Build tier2 links to it and it should be indexed in no time.
The profile backlinks you did is called tier2 links. It's not a coincidence. Do the same with the first ones.

Everything worked fine and after first successful test of index.html it afterwards fails with 403.
Index.html of course still is in root directory. It has to do something with permissions or configuration, but didnt touch...
