Most of those sites link back with a nofollow tag, its worthless if you want the so called 'Link Juice'... OP,Good observation Btw
All links are no follow bcoz you are lazy to find Do follow links from that ? you can separate the do follow links easily with FF plugins/addons. And moreover No Follow links are not bad at all.

Spins? You mean spun content or what? If you do, why don't you just do it yourself? Spinnerchief is a free piece of software and you can spit content with the click of a button.

I think he meant a spin to the method... you know... same sort of concept to the method but with a "spin"

Oh right. I'm not a native english speaker and I've seen it primarily refered to as a twist on BHW and not a spin.

sorry if my questin is noobish but has the money site also to be a 2.0 blog? cuz mine is a 'normal' website. and how to best check if I got any trackbacks to my site from this?

No, your website can be on blogger or self-hosted or whatever you like, but there are several advantages setting up a website that uses Wordpress as it is easy to SEO-optimise, the code itself will more often also be more clean and there are tons of plug-ins for it. Why do you want to check for trackbacks? If you use WP you'll get a notification when trackbacks are made to your site but they might be fake and just the work of a blackhat guy from here using scrapebox.
