Why the heck i am getting a nofollow in both description and the main article? Is it only me because everyone seems to be happy with your trick

Whoever is happy, hasn't checked the link/page properly (it's noindex nofollow). I don't know why this post is still a sticky.

BHW seems to be getting an influx of sticky posts that should be nowhere near sticky. Pure garbage. Mods must be loosing the plot, but il keep my views to myself.
Check the source html of the page. There will be a meta tag that says noindex. This means Google won't even look at the page

Buzzfeed is set to NoIndex now for all users (except their staff), so even if it's Do Follow, it renders nothing because it won't get indexed.

It's this kind of public posts that's why things change in a website. You really think no staff would read this?

I love BHW, it is the reason I've been successful in ranking so well, but you are 100% right here. I'm not sure how we or anyone can combat it, but it is a big problem. Massively successful methods suddenly get patched when it becomes mainstream knowledge. I feel like maybe an overall forum rule to limit this stuff to the VIP lounge might be a benefit to everyone. I know it means having to pay, but if it means the good methods stay secret it's totally worth it.
