New to link building - how would you go about getting that indexed?
 
I appreciate the explanation but I think that these types of backlinks are never indexed and are not useful either. That domain has 28% spam score.
 
I have slightly different view...

As you can see on the screenshot, there are about 41 (Top 100) indexed links that use this kind of method - according to SEMRush.
Noted, the best "backlink" only able to get impression of 88 per month.

The www.blackhatworld.com in the "backlink" does not have any "noindex" thus it's crawlable and indexable.

This kind of "backlink" is valid (to me), at least better than a lot of those PNB backlinks that never get indexed. Don't expect any traffic though..

The problem is how to index this kind of backlinks !
 
I think this link is useless to be honest. Unless you are soing some DA manipulation shit which is also useless because it definitely can't improve your one spin on Google, wven if you manage to increase the value of your DA.
 
exploit redirect links can sort of help, but not really worth the effort compared to other kinds of more valuable links.
