I will keep it short and simple. It might be shared before but no harm in writing an updated 2023 guide for it and verifying that it still works.
So there is an ancient website called
diigo.com, a place where Jesus and his disciples used to exchange notes and stuff back in time.
They allow users to create notes as far as I understood. Didn't care too much about their functionality though.
The links you create within the notes are df. And they have 86 DR according to Ahrefs. Definitely stonks.

Let's get started:
Step 1: Sign up to Diigo
I believe you'll be able to do it on your own if I just provide the url. https://www.diigo.com/premium
Choose the
free plan so that you won't pay any penny. You have to verify your e-mail, make sure you use a valid one.

Step 2: Create a Note
There are some content types in Diigo, but the one we're looking for is
Note.
Click the "+" icon and choose Note (the green one) in the dropdown.

Yes, my censoring skills are above awesome.
Step 3: Create a Related Content For Your Backlink
Just use ChatGPT or any AI writing tool with free trial. You can also write it by yourself but AI takes virtually no time and long content looks less spamy.

Step 4: Create Backlinks Within the Content
Select your keyword and click the URL button when it pops up. Then, enter your desired url.

Step 5: Get Your Note URL and Index It
Notes get indexed by Google, I checked by a simple Google search and saw a lot of notes getting indexed.
You can also verify it by searching the following:
So, click the Share icon first, in the upper right corner.
Then, click the "Preview" button on the modal. The other URL redirects to the full URL so we would prefer to try indexing the full URL in the first place.

It should look something like that (I changed the letters so that one is not a valid link):
Use the link above for indexing. Google may naturally discover it but I don't think it will take less than, let's say, 50 years.
Send the link to any free or paid indexer and enjoy your DR86 DF backlink. Or build some old-school blogspot page to index them by yourself.
You can have tens of backlinks from that website so make sure you get all the juice.
Step 6 (Optional): Complain to the OP if it somehow doesn't work
Guys, peace. I have some sick moves but I don't have a magic wand (yet).
But they do get indexed if done right, the "?k=xxxx" parameter is not a problem. Also don't delete that parameter when indexing, or else the link won't work. Check the SERP.
Good luck my boys
