method for uploading duplicate content successfully?

so when i upload a second copy of the exact same video, it just gets deleted or something.
now, i could add a frame using a video maker, but i don't want to infringe on the quality of the video by re-encoding it.
is there any known way of uploading the same video on the same account without reducing quality?

I would like to know this too, as I can see many video uploader keep upload same videos again and again and still can get traffics on Youtube

BTW, why would u want to upload twice in ONE account OP?

sorry i forgot to mention why, it's because i'm uploading it under different languages to draw in various demographics.
