Method for tracking Marketing efforts

Hey gang! I am looking for some input. I need a better way of keeping track of all my marketing efforts. Not just tracking Ranking of a Key Phrase but results from On page efforts, A/B testing tracking results and even backlinking campaigns ie document shares, videos, etc.

Is there already a tool out there that does this? What are you all doing to track results in all areas? I really need to centralize.

I use Google Analytics. But I think you are missing what I am asking. No worries. I will write an app for this.

and prosper202 is free, they got a paid service called t202, its a lot easier to use and you get support.
