Link of the website from which you've got a backlink.
eg. If it is profile link, add complete link to your profile on which you have placed your site url.

It looks a smart way to get indexed. But probably you will get better results if you add your URL at same time in other search engines such as bing, yandex, Ecosia, duckduckgo... They are increasing their value on web so it could helps.

hey I have done whatever you said and the blogspot domain got indexed within few seconds but the link I want to index is still not index what to do next?

you can use any website that getting already indexed via google just add website link will get website indexed .
it about google trust with a website and it added links why it always worked ....
you never use bulk urls , you use one or two url per account or website known with a bit of thinking can create your own indexing service.
gd luck.
i just use proper seo strategy and ping domain , never had any problam getting indexed being honest.

Yeah, I do that. But if you create sites on your domains (you can on the subdomain), it works faster. Google indexes blogspot quite slowly
