3. Share the ad account (where you want to add the card) into the newly prepared BM.
4. Spoof your IP address to Hong Kong.
5. Change the country to Hong Kong, and adjust the currency and time zone as desired, then add the card.
6. If you encounter a spam block, switch to a different Facebook account and continue.
