Just followed a tutorial to convert summery RSS feeds to full feeds by sean815 and stumbled upon the previously mentioned method. Just search for "yahoo pipe" here and you'll find the setup I followed.

I tried this method but was disappointed because it doesn't produce unique content. If it must be spun anyway, what's the point of searching the archive. Am I just missing something?
Maybe the articles I grabbed haven't been updated enough -- or were indexed -- but, for me, they didn't pass Copyscape, not even close.

Just because the page in archive.org is not indexed anymore, doesn't mean that "text" doesn't live somewhere else on the web already. And it sure as hell doesn't mean you didn't steal copyrighted content.
If you want plagiarize and steal content, then why go through all this trouble. Plus, duplicate content is only an issue if it's on the same site. It has no bearing or negative affect on rankings if the same content is on two different sites.
