Find sites that offer $10 credit when your referral makes a purchase. Then step two would be to find one of those sites that allow you to upload a CSV list or text file of emails. Not all of them do that but some do. Just gotta spend some time looking.

Cleaning the lists and uploading a few thousand emails per day to multiple websites may be a good idea to stay under the radar.

exactly.

My list wasnt targeted either. but use scrapebox or something to scrape targeted emails off twitter or something and you can get yourself a shit load of clothes. Now the thing is, you need to like the products in the store that you are uploading to.

This is awesome, I visit these types of sites often to what new collections are in. I will definitely use this if I ever get or build an email list.
