Well if you check the comment section @ torrent sites there is always some kind of spam. Sure it will work
i made yesterday bot for pirate bay for this already but could not make the site i wanted. Ill try some other comment spam today and ill report back how it works.

You'd need to fake the referrer. Unless your content locker has that function built in.
