what cpa( or not only cpa) site you used already and what you use now? im looking for site where there are for example easy to do email submitting offers. in my coutry (Poland) when i check "preview" of offer for example on cpalead it usually assigns me some telepone number submitting and it means they can take money every week from account... so only idiots will do it
