I hate to see someone desperate so I called PayPal for you and explained the situation, they said they are prepared to roll back to the old version at 4PM BST but for security reasons it will only be available for 30 minutes, so get in quick.

Good point about the 1.3 mil exactly. However the .04 at the end definitely looks a little suspicious. I would have elected to use a different number but I'll give it a shot.

A lot of ppl tried that so PayPal become more strict, now you need to send a personal photo of you carrying your ID with left hand & ur shoes with the right hand.
