That's quality, what an awesome CPA website.
Literally driving people to earn money with a fake offer.
You could actually offer something legit, grab their email address address, setup a cpa locker, offer the free down load that's available, so they can earn money, on completion send an email thanking them, explained how to use, followed up by investment and mining opportunities.

To reply to your question, I'm afraid there is no easy or fast solution for your problem. All I can say is read and learn as much as possible about CPA as you can.

As you speak Spanish there is much money to be made but it will take time.
