Problem.with your method is that its really difficult to find network which accept direct traffic and pays decent.better use it to send visitor to your domian where you can put your YouTube video with AdSense enbaled.as youtube is ok wiyh embedding.it will be more simple and less risky.

Thanks for that, I just got out of bed so was feeling queasy, and I am a bit of a pussy when it comes to disgusting and disturbing images like that, even if they are fake.
I always wanted to be a Gynaecologist but had to give those dreams up once I got my hands on a medical textbook, been scarred for life ever since.

How many accounts are you currently running to achieve that amount of traffic?
Why don't you try using shezboy's Follow Jacker? Make them follow a Facebook profile instead of liking a page. If you follow somebody on Facebook, every post they make shows at the top of your newsfeed. With pages, very small percentage of the people who like your page see your posts.

You can mix a ton of ideas into this such as an opt-in form rather than a content blocker.
In regards to traffic you might even get a passive boost strictly from the shares other people make.
Don't hesitate to scale this with other niches as one niche is partial as two or more is lucrative because of the split-testing that can be carried over.
