Method: Download facebook videos without software

I used this method years ago but method still working. I think it will help who don't know already.

First change the facebook layout to classic ( don't know if its working with new layout or not)


Right click the video then click Show video URL
Copy the url and add mbasic before the facebook.com
https://mbasic.facebook.com/blablablabla/YourVideoLInkspaste it to same browser new window and hit enter
right click the video and click Open link new Window
when new window open right click the video and click save as videos
that's all

tested, works,thanks,but seems the vid not clear,maybe the vid i picked not clear?

Did not worked for me.
Failed on the second step
Maybe something wrong on my end.

Method is only for without third party help.

You could try adding "x" before .facebook.com
That way you enter mobile version, then just inspect element and find the url from the video

I am using this method from 2011 but the problem is the video will be 240p (not hd) . You will be never able to download 720p from this method.
