I hope this is a unique share ;) I've searched on Google if anything came up with this on BHW and even a few seo services that I've bought and couldn't find anyone using this to obtain a link... So go easy on me if you actually found a method for this already on here as I don't have hours to deep search and find it (if any).

So here are the stats of the website:

STEPS TO OBTAIN THE LINK

1) This is mandatory. You must first signup on either Twitter or Github to proceed on getting this backlink for your website.

2) Done registering on one of the platforms? Great! Proceed to the following website: https://dev.to/

3) Once on the website, check the top right corner and click the button "Write a Post".

Now all you got to do is log in to this website using Github or Twitter to get the following box to appear in which, you can input your article, images, and obviously the link by using markdown or simply pasting naked URL somewhere in there.

And that is it... ;)

Do we need to compulsory put the article can I just leave a naked url?

Obviously better if you post an article and input a link in there. If you wanna do it 1/4 properly, then go ahead and just put naked url in there but can't say if the link will index.

This is the kind of thing that I love from BHW. Thanks for sharing :)

I think for new accounts it is noindex and nofollow
Code:
<meta name="googlebot" content="noindex">
<meta name="googlebot" content="nofollow">
Still you can a get a nofollow link in the profile section though.

Could be. Or maybe it just needs to age or get some "likes/shares". Now that I've looked into it there are some posts that do have this but most don't (so age might be the trigger).

Yeah, you can also get a nofollow link by inserting it into your profile but that shouldn't provide any SEO boost even after sending some links to the page. Not sure if that is indexable tho.

BTW this website is good for traffic. I've gotten about 200 visitors posting a new article in 2 hours though I think the TAGS might have something to do with it.

Or this could be due to a large number of spam post devs flagged all the new posts nofollow and noindex

Interesting... I will probably check it out with new accounts and see why this could trigger or not. This parasite is being used to abuse the hacks niche and I see many links indexed.

No worry ;) don't forget to send some PBN links to the post though first index it with an indexer.
Thank you for the share, very much appreciated from someone who just got into SEO. Could please clarify how to index via indexer or point me in the right direction? Couldn't really get a clear understanding from google results.
