For the newbies i suggest you to make a landing page so your offers get accepted more often + you will not get banned b/c your landing page will be shown as a referer to the offer so you can do the twitter advertising of offers that way even tho many CPA networks does not allow it

Just create a landing page for those offers with restrictions.. they won't see were your traffic came from. Plus, you can add some blocks of adsense ads there on your landing page for additional revenue, plus, the potential additional traffic off SE.

That takes a lot of time, months, years. I've built my own twitter networks of targeted followers... that took me over a year to fill 5 accounts of 50k+ each.. still not that reliable. it would be more convenient to just buy tweets.. at least, you can do it anytime.. instant traffic.
if you target the right area with the right twitter accounts you can grow them real fast. Plus with all the tools floating around you can make authority twitter accounts almost on autopilot.

It is great but not as simple as newbies think.
Lets say you pay 0,05$ per click and advertise offer which gets you 1,30$
You can get 26 clicks if you invest 1,30$... lets say there is at least 5-6 clicks not from USA (tho its possible all are not from usa)
You get valid 20clicks... Out of these 20 you must get at least one zip/email submit to be at the 0 aka to not lose the money...
There is many users who have many non US followers and that is the tricky part
b/c many offers accept only USA traffic.I suggest to pay less per tweet like 0,02 or 0,03 (traffic is slower but chances to earn some cash are bigger) and write tweets more smart like: "If you are from USA you have chance to win...X... unfortunately offer is not available for other countries" ...
That is only example so you dont pay for clicks that you can not monetize.
