Cl is craigslist, and yes a VPS is necessary. You need to do IP rotation or else you won't be able to post much ads.

Working on some web code, so things like this are fun to do for short breaks. From 5 ads (1 deleted, 1 ghosted, 3 active), I've had about 75 replies come in, in the last two hours. Not a large number, but hopefully in the morning if I can get a 5 - 10% conversion, it'll be worth the few minutes.
The one ad flagged was at $300. So people may have thought that too low.
Edit: So I did go with the cheap price, not free method. Free could have gotten at least a few hundred by now, if they didn't get flagged, but they would have.

Yep, and I actually think the "selling" twist works much better than the free (frees get flagged quick). At least for my small scale operations. I did add a little twist, so it isn't the same as OP's.
145 replies sent, 28 clicks, 6 conversions, $10.80.
Could be more clicks and conversions coming, since emails were sent over the last 12 hours. Scaling up and an autoresponder would be nice to do, I think. I just need to learn to work one and get one. The above took less than an hour to do, so was better than minimum wage, LOL. And hopefully more come.

I dunno but I am kinda noob at this one. Just thinking, I got a Firefox plugin and added some USA proxies. I can tell the proxies are working by the little blue fox turning over and over again "getting dizzy" in the proxy button. I already have CPA account allowing email advertising. Learned from here to NEVER automate this by autoresponder.

The only way to make good money from this is to automate it. You just have the autoresponder set on delay, because you don't want people flagging the ad right away, after getting a reply.
You also don't need proxies. You can post from the same IP, you just need to create and verify the account from a different IP. If you scale up though, proxies would be needed. A service like HMA, their proxies are usually no good for CL though.

Thanks for sharing this. Your right, this is an OG method. I've wanted to try this but I guess I'm just scared of the success it might bring me. I really need to buy a car and I think this is the answer. Maybe $2k in two weeks. That would be freakishly crazy. Or my affiliate network could catch me and kick me lol.

Just use it with ones that allow CL traffic and email marketing.
Or in your response, link them to a landing page with a banner for the CPA offer. Then it looks like the traffic is coming from your site, which it honestly is. That might lower conversions, but should keep you safer.
Which VIPs allows ip rotateCan I only buy a VPS which itself rotates the Ip addresses or should I buy different proxies?
BTW CL is Craigslist
