This only works for wireless routers, as I know it, but you can try changing your own mac address on your computer if you please.
However, for most people, they run their stuff through a wireless router and this is how you change it:
1. Try each of these addresses individually by pasting them in the URL bar:
2. If that doesn't work, then google your "Wireless router name ip address" to find it.
3. Look for where it says 'Mac Address.' It should be set to, "Use the default Mac Address."
4. Set it to use the mac address that's listed below that option. After you set it, the text fields should highlight.
5. Change the LAST DIGIT/ LETTER only. Do not change anything else.
6. Click Save.
7. Turn off your wireless router and comcast router for 120 seconds.
8. Turn on.
9. Check http://www.whatismyip.com to see if your IP changed.
10. If it did not change, unplug ONLY your wireless router.
11. Then grab a Pen and stick it to the reset button on the back of your normal modem. Hold the button in for 20 seconds.

12. Let it run through the boot up cycle.
13. After running through the boot up cycle, then plug in the wireless router.
14. Then, go to http://www.whatismyip.com to confirm your IP change.
