That all depends. I’d agree that one link after 500 posts/comments seems like a lot. If that one link is going to make you a couple thousand dollars, it doesn’t seem to bad.

If you’re going to be posting your site regularly with the account, the links to posts/comments ratio will go down significantly.

It’s all about creating an organic look to the account.

Thanks OP seems great. I'm trying to find a thread on Askreddit where this method is applied successfully but didn't glance any.

Are links to sites even allowed on Askreddit? All I've seen is Youtube links. Could you share one such thread?
 
You don't even need a website for this, just rip an article, add your afflink and post it in your own subreddit, or into some abandoned subreddit if you don't even want to create one, and share that link.

It won't be filtered ever, and redditors won't be that suspicious because they don't leave reddit for some random site.
 
Old but gold. Did this back in 2018 but the Reddit community is really on a higher level.

I took a quick glance as well, didn’t see anything that jumps out at me right this second. Askreddit definitely allows external links -

Higher level as in they are way better at spotting, calling out and removing marketing that on other platforms. It’s why a lot of newcomers have bad experiences with Reddit marketing and just give up. I’ve personally had more success on Reddit than any other site.

I digged up that thread, and the comment only has 6 upvotes. Not doubting you OP, but didn't see any links to a site with more than 10 upvotes yet. Would be great if you could share one thread as an example of the method applied successfully.

- that has around 1700 upvotes. I don’t share my own work and it’s been years since I’ve done it for myself anyway.

It’s just not something that’s done well very often.
 
Thanks for sharing your strategy. How much time someone need to see some results? Let`s say for a newbie that starts tomorrow.

This method seems ok for me and i may give it a try, but i wish to ask the following questions, i guess it will help others here too:

1. The account you are using to post the question and answer on the reddit, i guess you are asking the question and posting a reply using different IP right?

2. While doing this, how many time do you usually ask the questions in the AskReddit /subreddit with the same account and & the same domain?

3. Can this be done with a new account? or is it better to buy an aged account of not less than 1 month? of course with a karma.

4. I guess at a stage implementing this method, it will require buying a lot of domains, so for the sake of budget, what do you think building many of these tangential websites using a subdomain like google site?

5. Which works best in your experience? creating this post on askreddit or different subreddit tangetial related to the offer?

6. And as per your experience, is the link inserted in askreddit still sticking? some people are saying otherwise in your thread.

7. Lets say one bought an account with good karma, is it still necessary to be creating 500 posts/comments to just create 1 comment with link?

I always use separate IPs per account/post. You can do this with a new account, and you don’t necessarily need to have the history page full but it helps. Subdomains aren’t going to work as the mods will ban the actual domain. I haven’t done this in years, all of my sites have expired, I’ve moved on to far more profitable Reddit marketing methods. Traffic matters more than anything, closely related subs would work as long as they are large. I go into a lot more detail in my tutorial.

Thank you but you skipped a lot of questions I asked that may get me clarified and trigger decision to buy
 
OP I suppose you use proxies to manage secondary accounts?

And what multi-account solution do you use? Is Brave browser new profiles with proxies good enough, no need for a dedicated program like Multi-browser, Hydraheader, Incogniton?

I used Firefox profiles, and yeah you definitely want separate IPs per account.
