[METHOD] Bypass YouTube CopyRight 2015

OP's heart is in the right place - So I'll provide an additional option in order to help him achieve his end goal without highjacking his thread.
1- Making a video unique in youtube to bypass duplicate content flag (bypass copyright flag)
[a] Save the video to your hard drive
right-click the video and select "properties"
[c] Click the "details" tab
[d] Make changes in the description area of that tab (you can also do optimization for better ranking if you want to)
[e] Click the "apply" button.
Done - You can now upload and the video will not be flagged automatically.

2- Bypass automatic sound/soundtrack flags.
[a] Open the video in your favorite video editor.
Overlay another soundtrack onto the video
[c] Make the volume of the fake/second soundtrack very low (to low for human to hear, but not set to zero volume)
[d] Render the video and upload it.
Done - No more automatic flags because of the audio you are using.
Note: Any automation can be beat no matter what website you are working with and youtube is no exception. Your true dangers are always only your competitors doing mass flag attacks against you.

What do you mean when you say make the volume of the fake/second soundtrack very low?
Is it an empty soundtrack or a copy of the sound track I was already song or do i just use a random song as an overlay to my original soundtrack?
