LinkedIn limits the number of messages you can send per day and has no function to 'message all contacts'. There's a simple way around this:
Click on your connections
Scroll down
Click 'export connections' on the bottom right
You now have a csv file with first name/last name/email
Do a quick check for any @linkedin.com email and if there, remove them
The good thing about this method is that you already have a foot in the door with these people and can introduce yourself in an email as a LinkedIn connection.
