just confirmed this works for PayPal. We have an account with Stripe that we use to process payments - so allocated some revenue to Stripe’s new issuing functionality.

Created and loaded $100 on a sample virtual Stripe card - added to PayPal and was able to verify through statement.

Can these cards be added to Paypal to use for subscription payments? Any info on that?

Wouldn’t see an issue so long as you keep it funded.
