getting an adsense account isn't that difficult, as long as your site is setup correctly
The above mentioned importer works fine, I'm currently running it my site only has about 50 visitors so far. (Added a few CPA Offers skipping adsense route)
Waiting on more groups approval.
The importer currently brings it all to the main page, I wish I knew a way to organize the category's into pages so I can post to multiple cities?

I'm guessing you don't replace the whole code 1 for 1? I pasted your codes for each file and it pretty much just breaks the template. Do you only have to paste it over a certain part? Thanks

Are you removing the space after each '<' when you paste it?

Just at the start of the lines some had a space, like < ?php when it should be <?php

You can also use Notepad++ or other code editors setting the language to PHP, paste your code into that it makes it much easier to see if code is breaking somewhere

Is this adsense safe? Instead of copying jobs from other jobs websites isn't better to work on SEO and convince users to send jobs on your niche website?

This was designed as more of a quick method for newbies to start making money. SEO is a long process and the keywords you would be aiming for would be very difficult to rank especially for a newbie.

Yeah you're right, but I mean instead of copying works in the long run it's better to convince people to submit works on your website and tell them they'll have good visibilty
I've also downloaded a cracked version but for some reason I can't get the listings to display on the front page. Any ideas would be appreciated.
same for me, my sponsored search results area is blank and i followed this method http://docs.appthemes.com/jobroller/starting-a-job-board-using-jobroller/ is it just because i'm using free 000webhost? it's frustrating because it's seems i have done everything correctly and no indeed jobs appear

This will be in your indeed integration settings, if the settings are not setup correctly it wont show jobs
I agree with you 100% that it's better to have users submitting jobs but that's easier said than done and it would take to long. You would have to build an authority site and go up against major sites such as indeed and monster in Google. I suppose you could target keywords by city, town etc...

Another idea to get visibilty: print out of some flyers with a QR Code on it, tell in your flyer page to people to visit the best job searching platform etc, this usually works

Yeah this is what I think too, Europe may has different laws in different countries for this, I'd go whitehat, get legit license for this script and promote your website to get jobs listing into
