[Method] Amazon to eBay Drop-shipping Done Right! Spoon Fed! *Long/Detailed*

Fuck ebay! I just got a temporary restriction ban again. What this does is stop you uploading new items or revising current ones. I've had several of these in the past for various things, but I try to make sure all is in order to prevent these stupid bans. But now 500,000 listings, yes half a million of my listings, can't be repriced, because ebay decided 1 of my listings, just 1 out of 500,000, was a miscategorized item. How fucked is that! A 7 day ban for that, fuck you eBay!

These bans wouldn't matter so much for regular sellers, but for dropshippers from Amazon, where changing price and stock must be updated every 24 hours, these really fuck you over.

I've had a few previous bans that have been 30 days long! Thing is, if I get another miscategorized item, lets say randomly in a few months time. Next time may be a 30 day ban. They slowly up the ban each time.

1 item has screwed me over big time for the next week.

I've seen one dropshipper on UK eBay from Israel, and he has several accounts. I don't know how many, but he has a few. I have thought about opening several accounts, but there are several big problems with doing this.

1. Biggest fucking reason not to, is you have to start from the shittest seller limits, and get them raised again. (huge pain in the ass, I'm talking 10 listings, and £100 a month)
2. My eBay anchor shop cost around £270 a month. They raised it from £217 recently (the fuckers). You would need an eBay anchor shop for each account.
3. All your eBay accounts link up. Meaning if one of your shops some reason does badly, it takes all your other shops down.
4. You are not allowed to post the same items on both shops, they count this as duplicate.

i.e. In my opinion, it is not worth it at all. Especially since I know people who make a killing with dropshipping using Shopify and Orbelo/Aliexpress. Their profits are £10-15 a sale, they don't get fucked over by ebay policies, and they aren't held hostage by buyers who might leave negative feedback. I know one guy who started the same time I started this ebay thing (back in 2015). He is a millionaire now, yes a millionaire in 2 years. But you really have to master traffic and marketing on this end, and I haven't been able to do that for my shopify dropshipping store yet. So I'm stuck whit shit bay.

Hello, normally if you using repricer like webseller.guru they can manage your prices even if you are restricted to do this on ebay

Hey there lewy2k , very glad to hear that this method is working for you and thank you for providing this to us.
I just need a little help. I opened my ebay and amazon account yesterday and the problem is that when i try to list an item on ebay , there is a 0 limit on my account. This is the first time i register on ebay. Never had an account , ever. Now i have another question. When you recieve the buyer payment on paypal , can you use the money directly ? Because i have heard that paypal has some pending money things going on. And I really dont want to make my customers wait 3-21 days more ...
And one thing, how do you calculate the shipping outside of the US ? How do you add up the price on ebay , or what kind of shipping do you put on ebay ? I am very confused with this part.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you :)

hey, great post man. i have one question:
how can i calculate shipping fees in amazon before i list my items on ebay? how do i know from where my buyer is? for example: i am from israel and i have 12 $ shipping fees on item that i buy from amazon, how can i calculate this if my buyers from ebay from other countries and the rates are different? sorry about the english :)

Great post, Great tips & some of the comments made me LOL which is great, because I arrived skint & miserable, but leave informed & happy - Well done!

Been using this method in the UK for a while now, but in August EBay are adding VAT to all fees, an extra 20% so this will bring costs up. I currently use this webpage to calculate my profit...http://finalfeecalc.co.uk/ but will it update in August to include the extra fees, there is no contact info for this useful page to find out if it will be updated. Does anybody know of an alternative (UK)

Big warning to you guys:
Register as a company and pay your taxes. IRS is clamping down on us.
I've been doing it in Europe and now they are coming for me because I didn't register as a company. I'll most likely lose a ton of money in this, be forced to register as a company and have to pay a lot of VAT... So this method is not viable for me anymore.
I know of at least 3 other dropshippers having the same problem. I'm guessing the governments are very aware of this now

Yes, register as a business and pay your taxes, no brainer. You only have to register for and pay VAT in the UK if your turnover is over £82,000

To the OP such a great post thank you.
Has anyone here used profit scraper i have heard great things about the particularly in relation to the autp ordering software.

Drop shipping is the ONLY money I've ever made online, but without turbo Lister, it's gotten more difficult....

Profit is hard in this method, at least for me. By the time you pay eBay, PayPal fees, shipping, and any auto lister company, your making less then minimum wage per sale....

I'm not saying you can't make money, but all the side fees and calculations you do are frustrating... Seriously....

I got off eBay dropshipping. The last month I actually fell in the red, that could have just been because of my wife's spending, but ebay was a downward trend for me.

But I was going to get off eventually, because

1. eBay raised their shop prices so i was paying like £70 more a month there (total £290 a month).

2. Then they started adding VAT to their fee's, so 10% became 12% as I couldn't claim that back.

3. The biggest problem I had and would continue to have, was eBay's product identifier requirements. It seemed like a miracle when eBay said they would allow ASIN's to be used as product identifiers, as I literally had an ASIN for every single product (needed for the repricer). But then later they go back on it and say these aren't coming yet, but you will still need to use other product identifiers.

4. The last straw for me was when my repricer stopped working due to some database problem, and I couldn't delete or reset it, after which i just said fuck it, I'm getting off as I had another venture that looked promising (it wasn't promising lol).

5. I've also talked previously about them throttling sales/search results (even without any marks on my account). And being banned for a month so my repricer would stop working, for duplicate listing accidents, and other stupid policies ebay have. Easy to break eBay policies when you've got 300,000 listings (yes that's how much I had uploaded).

It was great while it worked and gave me a basic income. I still have an ebay account where my limits are like 11 million turnover and a million items. But I won't be dropshipping on ebay anymore I doubt.

What I would really like is to become and successful importer and seller on eBay, I don't mind the extra work of posting if the income is worth it. But that's another whole ball game.

If I live in EU and sell in US.. where should I register a company?

Great methods, thank you for sharing them all with this. Must give us a try in the nearest future. What would you say are your "go-to" products, or things in your own experience, which always seems to sell? Also, is free shipping a must?
