A while ago I saw a site offering cashback to several ecommerce sites. Would buying gift cards with cashback sites using the CC and having 2 cashbacks (CC and site) be possible?

So having said that, how do you explain the big sellers with 100k + listings getting around it? The Honey Roasted Peanut is selling items with purchase limits. Surely there must be a way.

Actually, if you get the quantity restriction at the checkout, that's when you end the listing, cancel the ebay order and move on. You're ok at that point. If you get the QLA email, you only have a handful of chances before they ban your CC.

I had to use a VCC (entropay) for a while as I reported on of my USD credit cards as missing. Using a VCC cuts into margins as they charge up to 5% to fund it, and entropay has a 20k / month spending limit which is easy to reach, but you can get multiple credit card numbers from them which AZ would never be able to trace.

My systems isn't sophisticated enough yet to deal with multiple CC's based on qty restricted items but that wouldn't be hard to develop. But using automated product finding, listing, and order fulfilment, I don't really care if some things go restricted anyways

amazon can and does track your billing address, so just getting a new card number won't work. but getting around CC AVS is trivially easy

I've used fake billing addresses on my CC and it works just fine.
 
Do you only sell to buyers in US and do you only accept
payments from paypal when listing your items?

AVS only verifies the numerical portion of your address. literally the only information that's verified by the CC is your house/apt number and zip code. you can type in anything you want as long as those numbers are included and the system will accept the charge. the system will also discard any numbers beyond the required ones, so you can add a phony apt number to your address, which will verify by AVS but count as a new address in amazon's system
