Part 3 (Amazon Acct.): You can go two directions with this step. Many sellers elect to only list items that are above the $35 free shipping limit. With this step all you need is your average Amazon account. Although, you may choose to use an Amazon Prime account. If you choose to use an Amazon Prime account, you will ALWAYS end up losing your Prime benefits at some point for reselling activity. I advise that you use a different account if you have a personal one. BUT WAIT, PRIME ACCOUNTS COST MONEY RIGHT?! That doesn't matter. This is quite simple to deal with even though many of the people I see on BHW don't seem to see how easy this is. Not only that, but having a Prime account will help your sales DRAMATICALLY. (See step 6.5 to see why)
Make a new account and sign up for Prime with a 30 day free trial. Directly after this select that you do not want to pay for the 1 year of Amazon Prime after the 30 days are over. After each 30 days expire, repeat this step. I have never lost an Amazon Prime account within those 30 days, the only time I have lost Prime benefits is when I first started and used my own personal Prime account.

Use the [POPUPITEM=X] command. If you copy something, that will be stored in POPUPITEM=0, and then the last thing will be moved to POPUPITEM=1, etc. etc.
Here's my script for a normal address.
[POPUPITEM=4][POPUPITEM=3][TAB REPEAT=2][POPUPITEM=2][POPUPITEM=1][POPUPITEM=0][TAB REPEAT=2]1234567891[TAB REPEAT=8][ENTER REPEAT=1]
1234567891 is the phone number i use.
Banned from Amazon?
Have you read the thread? If you get banned you just make a new account. I don't think they're really looking for cards being used by multiple accounts.
I got my first warning email a few weeks ago so I made a new account, and this one has just been suspended. I'm making like 25 sales a day so maybe I should just make a new account every two weeks to preempt this.
Why don't you create a few accounts off the bat, then just shuffle orders through the different accounts. They might last longer that way.
Was that email due to using prime next day delivery, prime standard or just regular shipping and due to high purchase volume?
Prime 2-day and overnight ($3.99 option).,

I'm going to make a new account every 2 weeks I think. That account had 400+ orders on it.

Have to be careful with the ebay fees and paypal transaction+withdrawal charges. Make sure your profit margin will cover all these. No point getting all the troubles only to earn $0.20 unless of course you are after feedbacks from buyer.
We're you using the prime 30 day free trial?
When you guys make new prime accounts.. Do you delete the old accounts and let it be? I have a couple of old ones that's Still active..
I don't think there is any value in deleting the old accounts. Some guy on here said it's good to keep the old ones open for a while because you might need to make a return and/or get invoices etc..
