This method won't be the Amazon affiliate guide you are used to. It's about boosting your product/listing sales on AMAZON without spending so much on advertising. what will be the good approach to those site who is in the top position of the keyword that I'm looking for?
pay them cash with monthly bases?
pay them cash with per item that sold thru their site?

It's mostly a W-W solution. I mean they get paid to have your product featured rather than working with folks they don't know.

It's often work with one time payment ,Whereas situation differs sometimes.

You can do all tracking via GA or any third-party tracking tool. No, let them create the affiliate link to your product. TBH, I don't do much tracking as product as solely mainly promote specific vendors.

It depends since most of the target pages are on the top 5 SERP results maximizing profit. Pricing varies, you need up bargain game. Cost average 100USD securing a space for LF deal.
