Now that I am trying to set my first ad campaign it says that my $10 will bring in about 250-1,000 views only. Any ideas how to change this?

1000 views for $10 is $0.01 CPC, so that's right. Of course u have to set the highest CPC to $0.01 to get 1000 views.

I have a question though, I see 5000 views (clicks) in adwords, but my video only gets like 3-4k views. Where did the rest go?
The view counts on our own YT videos are almost live so I don't think there's a long delay. Could it be some views not counted due to very short retention? eg: 5 minute video, viewer closed window in 5 seconds.
 
Thanks , i have started my channel a day before. upload 3 videos, share on reddit to get traffic, now every video has only about 100 views. I'm a newbie and have short of budget. so any method to promote a video without yt ad...?
 
sorry for bumping the thread, i believe this method could be twisted into alot of different ways and $500 is easily possible according to eCPM being $1 per 1000 views, which would make it 500k views to get $500 a day which divided by 100 videos in your channel each of your video would only need to have around 5000 views a day to make $500 which in my opinion is not very hard if you have a few thousand subscribers, and few of your videos going viral :)

What does it mean if youtube starts asking for proof the video is mine after approving fthe first 2 for monetization? Is my whole account now flagged?
