So the OP has given us a solid method, but that is semi-dependent on the niche. Obviously if we all post dashboard cam vids, only a few of us will have successful channels. The point? Find a similar niche of videos you can grab and re-upload, build a channel around it, and not have copyright issues.
I would not worry about it, 99% of the people who try this will not give it a proper go and next week they will be jumping on to the next thing they hear in a forum.

Guys those who are shouting on top of their voices that this method doesn't work should shut the fuck up and not participate in such method threads. Just because you can't make money of a method cause you are obviously not being creative and NOT following simple steps properly, the method doesn't become stupid.
Those you are claiming that you can't get 100k views for $100 spent on youtube, obviously know shit about optimizing an adwords for video campaign, loading $$ on adwords and firing a campaign is not equal to getting cheapest possible traffic from an optimized adwords for video campaign, the one which starts slow and then gets cheaper and cheaper clicks/views with time. And Ofcourse selecting a right niche and right kind of call to action on the videos to make people subscribe to your videos also matters in this method.
Am doing a complete case study on this and my niche is not car dashing or anywhere near to what OP mentioned, its more viral.
This is my current earning on one channel without OPs method -
I will post my casestudy and earnings again once I execute this fully.
This is not a $500 a day method, if you do it properly and select a right niche, its much much more than that!!

I would think the DashCam Security Camera footage niche is oversaturated just because people only use liveleak.

This method has great potential if you are willing to invest your time and money and have some knowledge of video editing. I wouldn't go for dash-cam and CCTV videos with this method even though i am currently earning a good income from this type of videos. There are other types of videos that i would pay to promote. (think about the videos you like to share and start from there)

First of all thanks a lot for that amazing thread. It's absolutely amazing.
But, I'm only stuck at one part. We have to download videos of other car crashes, police chases,
things like that off of youtube? And you said something about amatuer videos but I don't remember.
And after that, we upload the videos to youtube. We pay to promote it using Adsense.
I have a fake gmail that I have been using for almost 3 years now. Does that count?
But it was used solely for gmail purposes. Rarely used on youtube, Do I apply for adsense with that account?

Something might be wrong with your monetizing acc. Go to youtube's video manager, and look if your vid is monetized, under review or declined. My two vids were approved for monetizing in few mins. Both were taken from leaks.

Thank you OP for providing a rock-solid method that is pretty much white hat and nothing to worry about. I might give this one a shot, with my own twist on it. 
If you have a high quality video, put it up on Reddit, that will help it go viral a lot! (Beware: redditors use Adblock a lot)

Suggestion, don't even monetize videos as they are running on an Adwords campaign, it's more likely you grab subs and views on your other videos. Then once the campaign is over in a week, monetize it.
