Also i just did a little math and if i was bidding $0.01 per view, to get 100,000 views will cost $1,000

I dont have that sort of money

That is assuming that you don't get anyn organice views which, I think, is almost impossible. Nonetheless the OP did mention that this method requires a bit of investment.

Being from London I don't see too much inspiration in the city - any chance you can provide a little more information about the city guide videos you mentioned?

Get creative brah. Do city guides, landmark guides, street fashion interviews of cute girls in nice outfits, montage "a day in london" taking footage of cool places all day and then cut it together with some royalty free music, take footage of cool free events - i'd definitely watch a few of those things if you made it and did a good job (never been to london).

Did you read the thread? I updated it with how to get a new name for an old account.

Edit: Got it.

I was able to get $.01 clicks so basically you can get 1000 views for $10. So say there are 30 days in a month you can get 30,000 views a month for $300. With that being said, it would take a little over 3 months to get a video over 100,000 views and $1000. Just pointing out the investment involved in this great method in case anybody was wondering. Still very appreciative of the post OP. Thank you for taking the time. Also, I failed to mention the possibility of organic views so this is the worst case scenario.

You can't quantify organic views, personally I'm going to invest what I can in this method and hope organic views can help me get to 100,000 views.

OP or anyone willing to help :P
Hey, I'm like.. brand new to IMing so I was wondering if I could get a little bit of help from you on skype if you don't mind? I can't PM yet since I don't have 15 posts so could you PM me your skype? IF you're willing to help that is ><

Other members are likely to chew your head off with this "give me" attitude. There are so many brand new newbies asking the pros here to make them rich all the time what sets you apart?

I've got a solid way to blur the logos, are you guys blurring it or covering with your own?

I have a Youtube channel which is old 6 years, clean, but videos are still not monetized, after half a day maybe, any reason why that could be?

This method rocks...clever thinking..I'm gonna implement it soon as i get my adsense approved.

just a thought, to get round youtube coyright infringement: build a compilation video of whatever niche your targeting. Would that work?

Thanks to the OP for sharing this nice method! Quick question: I applied for an adsense account about 2 months ago then again a month ago and got denied so I do not have an adsense account. If I apply through youtube am I more likely to get accepted? Thanks in advance for your help.

What is a good amount of videos to put up per week? Do you start quite prolifically and then slowly ease it down once you have a sizeable number of subs?

Also have you done any competitions and prizes for reaching X amount of Subs etc. on your channel?

If you are needing these or have the video - I am renting out my YT and Adsense accounts for 15% PM if interested.

For everyone that have old accounts but have videos still under review for monetization: Be patient, I have an account from 2011 and it took about 24 hours for my video to get monetized.

Also I would like to ask, how does directing traffic work when you use Google Ad Words?

Great tutorial OP. Thanks for sharing.

Hoping you are reading this thread still with this comment -

I love making films, have a HD DSLR and live in London.

Being from London I don't see too much inspiration in the city - any chance you can provide a little more information about the city guide videos you mentioned?

I think it will be the least popular option people will actually try on these methods you have mentioned!

Cheers

Since you live in London you could film videos of exotic cars you see on the streets. Or tourist attractions- even if the locations seem mundane to you, people who don't live there will find them interesting.

If someone who owns the copyright reported you, your video will still be taken down. But you may submit dispute under fair use policy, youtube will forward the dispute to the claimant. The claimant will then decide to accept or reject your dispute. Upon rejection, claimant may ask for your personal information from youtube and the case may be bring to court. In court, the judge will determine whether the use of copyrighted material in your compilation video fall under fair use policy.

Really? You think you will be taken to court for uploading a copyrighted video?

I doubt it'll ever get taken to court. I doubt you'll even be reported for copyrighted videos. I'm sure YouTube will deal with it before it gets any higher :P

Very few methods threads on here just click for me in a way that I can fill in the blanks and run with it. This did, I picked a good niche today and tasked one of my VA's with finding or creating me a video a day to start uploading to a new channel in my youtube account. Great share, rep and thanks given.

Cool! Let me know if i got it straight; You can copy other videos and publish it yourself? For instance in a big "Car CRASH Compilation 2013" You cant get pennalized for that?

I wouldn't do that. It'd be a bit stupid to copy a video off YT to put it back on YT. You can still be reported for Copyright infringement which will lead to your video getting deleted I think.

Thanks for your reply! I just wondered since i have seen so many videos with the same clips from different users. So where do we get the videos safe?

OP has a few methods in the main thread. Just find some clips off of Google, LiveLeak, and just the internet in general. Even off YT. You can find a video off YouTube as long as it's not a BIG video (as in a popular video).
