You get paid Via AdSense as a "YouTube Partner". Therefore, whatever you payment preferences are in "AdSense", is how you will be paid.
If you know how to monetize YT, you will make a whole lot more, from different sources....

:soapbox: I am getting so fed up with unthankful skeptic brats trying to ruin threads. If there is legit ( NON spoon feeding) question please ask in a civilized fashion and do not scream at the OP for giving back to the community and please do not write your "the world sucks, nothing will work" attitude posts. Yes, very true.
However, most people will not spend the time and/or use the brain power it takes to make a "Stable" income online. Thus, reinforces that question of why "there are so many WSO's, GRQ schemes out there, as there are today.

Nope, you can't use your adsense earning to promote your videos. You promote your videos with Adwords, you can find Adwords coupon sometimes or pay using your credit card.

Currently up to 15 videos with only around 200 total views. Is there a certain way you guys (the ones having immediate success) are using your keywords? As knowledgeable as I am about youtube, I kind of suck at keywords... I feel like they are good videos, but people just aren't finding them.

Alright ignore my first post, I realized actually asking the questions here would be the better idea lol
So first question, my youtube account was made back in 2011 and I decided to use that account for this method. I got monetized and became a partner and have my adsense set up. But when I try to monetize my video it says "under review." I thought YT accounts over 6 months don't get reviewed?

Mine did that and my account is 7 years old. Just give it some time, they should be monetized before too long.
Same here, account from 2011 and videos under review since yesterday.

How long did it take til your video was actually monetized?
If you're uploading/monetizing more than a few vids at a time, it's going to raise red flags.

It's because BHW is a public forum and YT staff are now request all dashcam vids to submit commercial use rights
From my experience, if your videos don't get monetized within first few hours, they are gonna ask for commercial use rights.
Additional tip: Your videos get monetized much easier and faster when your account is clean. Once you received a community/copyright strike, all of your videos will go for manual reviews for a certain period. (from days to months)
Additional tip: Don't upload videos with shocking car crashes footage, especially those you found in liveleak. (e.g. videos with lot of blood)

i am fairly new to this industry but i am learning with my mistakes..... when we find a video we like, do we have to download it first? like use a third party website to first download the video so we could upload it on youtube?
