The URL gives me an error: "The requested page could not be found.", however I do see a 2k credits promo in the menu bar. Apparently they have lowered the credits they want to award.

I saw that last night. I mustve just got in on the 20k in time. Because after sending the image and link for verification I saw that it shows 2k now. I thought it was just showing that cause I already signed up for the 20k.
