I don't know if this method was posted before on BHW but I will share it here for newbies that don't earn any $ yet and want some start up money to invest in bigger projects.
All you need for this method is some spare disk space on your HDD.
1. Go to newalbumreleases.net and look for the newest albums uploaded in any of the categories (rap, rock, electronic...) and choose one.
2. Go to thepiratebay.org and search for that album to see if it's already uploaded there. If it is then move on to another album. If it's not there already then...
3. Go back to newalbumreleases and under the description of the album you have chosen its a link that says " Read the rest of this entry >> " .
4. Click on that and the description will expand showing you the tracklist and 2 links from fileserve and filesonic.
5. Download the album and unpack the archive.
6. Delete the archive because you don't need it anymore.
7. Open the new folder that you have extracted from the archive and you'll see the album tracks, a photo of the album cover and a newalbumreleases .url file.
8. Delete the .url file because we are going to make our own.
9. Go to your CPA network and look for an offer or survey that is related to music or djs.
i.e. - for the rap & hip-hop albums I was using a survey where the surfer had to complete it to find out "his real rapper name". and I was making $0.8
- for electronic music I was using an offer called "digital dj pro" where the user had to download a free software for djs and I was making a little over $1 a pop.
10. Copy your aff link for the offer you have chosen and go to ************ to shorten it and also customize it.
You have to customize it because when the user hover his mouse over our .url file, the actual url will be visible so we don't want it to look suspicious. For example, for the "real rapper name" offer that I was using my link was something like htpp://************/YourRapperName which looks much better and not suspicious then htpp://mycpanetwork.com/o=34234&c=65454&a=76657.
11. Now make a new .txt file on your desktop and open it with notepad.
12. On the first row write "[InternetShortcut]" (without quotes) and on the second row write "URL=************/YourCustomizedLink" (without quotes). So, after the "URL=" you will put your shortened and customized aff link that you just made on ************.
13. Now go to File->Save As
14. At "File name:" write something appealing for the user but also related to your offer and don't make it look spamy at all. After the title make a space and write ".url"
i.e. for the "real rapper name" I was using "Your Rapper Name .url" as the file name.
15. At "Save as type:" select "All files"
16. At "Encoding" leave it as default (ANSI), select "Desktop" as the place where the file to be saved and click "Save".
17. Now if you look at your desktop you will see a file with the Firefox icon (in my case) or with the icon of whatever browser you are using. If you place your mouse over it you will be able to see the url and if you 2xClick it it should take you the the LP of the offer you want to promote. If it doesn't, then you did something wrong.
18. Assuming that everything it's ok, copy this .url file and paste it in the album folder.
19. Now make a .torrent file and upload it to every torrent site you know and wait for the money to roll in
20. Rinse and repeat.
I will not explain here how to make a .torrent file because that depends on the software you are using for dlding/uplding torrents but for those who don't know and want to try this method visit this link
Note: When you'll try to upload your torrent on thepiratebay.org you'll notice a "File name error". That's because TPB detects that the category you want to upload is "Music" but you also have other files than only .mp3 in your torrent folder. To avoid this error, select Category "Other->Other".
