its around $0.15 to $0.80 per "click". the "click" being downloading an affiliated app and running it. but yea, op is definitely faking his earnings.

is $1 good for 128 clicks? Are there enough groups to post your link to, to scale this? I feel like you would run out of potential clients and groups to post in after x period of time and it would be aids to manage with bots?
 
It's not they don't ban they actually give you the payout but they take some time. But the earning process is very slow. You will need lots of click. It maybe works on such group which has lots of members
