My profile pic is from one of the many Whitesnake shows I've been to. I love Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Guns N' Roses, Dio, Sabbath, and so many great bands.
I've discovered Nightwish recently, I've never been a huge symphonic metal fan, but this band is pretty good! It's just feels weird to listen to the band when Floor is not the lead singer, though

I usually listen to Taylor Swift (blank space, baby~~~ and I'll write your name!), if not, classical or instrumental songs... Mozart, Beethoven, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Joe Hisashi, .etc.
When it comes to metal genre... well, only one, Marilyn Manson. Yeah, I know... lame... usually listen to it when I need a surge of 'hype' to do work quickly. Beautiful people, ya'll! mObscene! And this is the new sh*t! His other songs like "The dope show" and "I don't like the drugs but the drugs like me" are non-metal but catchy! Of course, he has some depressing or sad songs like Coma White, which is my favourite as I have a habit to play it when I'm sad. The thing is... Marilyn Manson has kinda cult-personality... when I first listened to his music when I was a young teenager it drew me to the "goth" phase... thick-eyeliners, putting on heavy white foundation (pretty much like Suicide Squad's Harley Quinn), dressing black and all. Though the phase was just a few months, come to think of it it was pretty fun.
