It's basically random
FB rejected my real ID, but accepted a fake one a few years ago...really random and stupid, not sure how it's working in 2025
 
It works, depends on the country the account is from and the quality of the fake ID, I sent many fake IDs to many accounts for review and they were working about 90%
 
I think this will bring you trouble in the future. It is always better to use authentic ID’s. You might be banned in Meta.
 
I would get a service if you can find one like secondeye(RIP) instead of photoshopping.
