Hello,
I have a professional business account that I want to verify. I paid for their basic plans and there are 2 ways to verify your account:
- upload company documents and confirm your relation to the company
- use identity document
I went for the first option since I have a registered company. However, it was not successful because the company name didn’t match the Instagram account name.
The second option is to upload my ID. The problem is that it requires that your Instagram name contain part of your name. So if your business profile name is let’s say “Binance” and your name is John, you’d have to change it “John | Binance” or similar.
Is there any way I can fix this without changing the legal registered company name or without including a name?
