META Troubles (hacked account).

Woke up to some one added to my business Manager on the 19th (i didnt approve it of course), an hour later i have charged 1 thousand dollars for running an ad or "ads" in a short space of time, (i spend maybe 9-12$ a day), the chat support seem to be designed to frustrate and deflect and kept on saying "we dont see anything wrong on our side you've spent this money", i cancelled my bank card, and kept the complaint ticket running with meta chat asking them to escalate to the fraud team ! less then 24 hours (with changing password) i was hacked again and ads created on instagram, the ads were in asia and the access in the US and i am personally in the middle east ! (they couldt charge of course as the bank card is cancelled), today is the 12th day and 26 messsages later with meta resulted in the same reply (7 different agents), i reported them to the electronic fraud authorities in the country and also in the EU as they charged me from Irland, no change and all my ads are down .. my business depends on instagram and now i have no access (it actually says that my account may have been hacked ! ) how on earth do i bypass the idiots on the first response in meta ! should i take them to court ?
