Meta Title Question

Does anyone have any opinions/data/information about the pros and cons of putting all caps in the meta title?

Does google like it? Prefer it? hate it? punish it? indifferent?

I haven't found anything on it so I turned to the best resource I know.

That's not gonna make any difference in SEO point of view, but definitely gives a bad impression to visitors. I personally don't like seeing any letters in CAPS in Google SERP

Don't make the full title caps, but maybe one word out of it. Just for emphasis.

I haven't seen it change anything in my sites, but it may help the click through.

In one my software sites I changed it from "free trial" to "FREE TRIAL" and my traffic increased significantly in a few days. (my ranking stayed the same as well)
